A.M. (9am-12pm) “Fun and Fitness” – Get ready to move in fun ways as you Zumba, learn new poses in yoga and make your way through an obstacle course. You will find that new ways to keep active are endless.
P.M. (1pm-4pm) “Around the World in 5 Days” – Campers get to explore different cultures through art, food, and crafts. Have your passport handy when you travel to Japan, Mexico, Italy and more!

A.M. (9am-12pm) “Flavors of Summer” – Bring your appetite and sense of adventure to camp this week! You’re going to cook foods that are inspired by what is in season like strawberries, green beans, watermelon, and more.
P.M. (1pm-4pm) “Wilderness Adventurers” – Can you really go camping without a tent? It’s time for outdoor adventure as you go on a bear hunt, make s’mores, and tell stories around a “campfire”.

A.M. (9am-12pm) “Silly Science” – Do you like science and want to be silly too? Then this is the camp for you! You will laugh your way to discovery while learning scientific processes through play.
P.M. (1pm-4pm) “Superhero Training Camp” – Train to fight villains, create your own costume, and save the world in time for dinner. Join us as we form CDMOD’s Freedom Federation!

A.M. (9am-12pm) “Under the Sea” – What a better place to be on a hot summer day than in the water? Learn about the creatures that live there, observe underwater life, and create seascapes inspired by your findings.
P.M. (1pm-4pm) “Party in the U.S.A.” – Learn to hula dance in Hawaii, attend a red-carpet event in Hollywood, CA, and make a BBQ dinner in Texas.

A.M. (9am-12pm) “You Are an Artist” – Each day you will meet a new artist and create unique works of art inspired by famous artists. Play with color, perspective, dots, and lines to make your own treasures and discover the artist in you!
P.M. (1pm-4pm) “Music Makers” – Rock on as you discover different genres of music, make an instrument, and create a music video this week.

A.M. (9am-12pm) “Movers and Shakers” – Find your rhythm and slide into this camp where you’ll learn different types of dances each day such as tango, line dancing, and hip hop.

A.M. (9am-12pm) “California Adventures” – This week, be inspired by the dreamers of the past: the native people, immigrants, and entertainers who shape the culture of our Golden State.
P.M. (1pm-4pm) “Build it – Bust it” – Think blocks are the only thing you can use to build? Think again! New building challenges daily as you use cups, pretzels, newspaper and more! Remember: what goes up, must come down!

A.M. (9am-12pm) “Game Factory” –MakerSpace lets your creativity fly this week as we discover ways to make a great toy. Explore what you can do and make it with real tools.
P.M. (1pm-4pm) “Let’s Go Wild” – It’s the last week of camp, so let’s go wild and learn about animals through art, science, and crafts.

Optional Before and After Camp Care
Available from 8:00 a.m.-to the beginning of camp and from the end of camp until 5:30 p.m. Each session (morning or evening) has a $10 fee. You can sign up at drop-off or by calling 760-321-0602 x111 (at least 2 days in advance).
