DISCOVERY CAMPS
WHEN SCHOOL IS OUT, DISCOVERY CAMP IS IN!
Join us at CDMOD for a week-long Environmental Stewardship Camp where children will explore key environmental concepts through interactive activities and hands-on experiences. Throughout the week, campers will:
- Learn about the three R’s of environmental stewardship: reduce, reuse, and recycle.
- Dive into renewable energy exploration, building solar ovens and wind turbine cars.
- Gain awareness of water conservation practices and the importance of preserving water resources.
- Participate in an Eco-Innovation Challenge to explore innovative ways to minimize waste and upcycle materials.
- Explore biodiversity and habitat conservation, understanding the importance of protecting ecosystems and preserving biodiversity.
Through engaging activities and discussions, campers will develop a deeper understanding of environmental issues and be inspired to take action in their own lives.
Don’t miss this opportunity for your child to become an environmental steward and make a positive impact on the world!
